North Ray – General Terms and Conditions for Consumers

1. Customer
Northray.fi is an online store operated by JLK Group Oy (Business ID: 3351736-4). The auxiliary business name North Ray refers to its e-commerce activities.
North Ray serves both consumers, businesses, and organizations.
These terms and conditions apply to the contractual relationship between North Ray and its consumer customers (hereinafter “Customer”). The relationship is also governed by Finnish and EU legislation concerning consumer trade, marketing, and advertising.
North Ray reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase, which can always be found on our website.
2. Customer Relationship and Data Protection
To process an order, customers must provide complete contact information, including:

Customer data is stored in the North Ray customer register and used for managing the customer relationship.
Our Privacy Policy, compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is available on our website under Privacy. Customers may request to review their personal data by contacting us at info@northray.fi. They may also deny the use of their data for marketing purposes.
After a purchase, customers may receive an email asking for a product review. This is optional and applies only to products the customer has purchased. The feedback is used to improve customer experience, product selection, and services. Customers can opt out of these review requests by contacting us via email.
North Ray is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, meaning any unforeseen circumstance beyond North Ray’s reasonable control. Customers will be informed without delay if such an event occurs.
3. Pricing and Payment Methods
All prices shown include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees are not included unless specified. North Ray reserves the right to cancel an order if a product has been sold at an incorrect price due to pricing error, technical glitch, or similar.
Up-to-date information on available payment methods can be found on our website. Some payment methods may include additional terms, such as credit checks. Details about credit arrangements and lenders are clearly stated in the shopping cart as required by law.
4. Returns

5. Warranty
All our products include a one-year warranty. The warranty does not cover scratched lenses, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or accidents. For warranty claims, please contact customer service at info@northray.fi.
6. Dispute Resolution
Sellers are responsible for any product defects as required by Finnish law. In case of disputes, consumers can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board in Finland. Before doing so, we recommend contacting Consumer Advisory Services. The Disputes Board may refuse to handle the case if the consumer has not first contacted the advisory service.
