Mukava Luonnollisen tuntuinen lämmin valo silmille. Toisaalta siivoukseen päivävalo ehkä liian himmeä teholtaan.
Ostin näitä 5 kpl ja kaikki ovat käytössä. Ovat aivan ihania ja rakastamme niitä mieheni kanssa!
Monitoimipolttimot ovat käytössä päivittäin. Olohuoneessa ja keittiössä. Lapsetkin ovat oppineet käytön positiivisen vaikutuksen. Rauhoittaa iltaa kohden.
Aivan ihana tuo keltainen valo! <3 Se on kotona keittiön pöydän yläpuolella ja pidän sitä lähes kokoajan sillä sävyllä. Samalla tuntuu, että yöunetkin on levollisemmat kuin ennen.
"Iltavalo" liian kirkas, lapsikin oli samaa mieltä, pyysi sammuttamaan lampun. Voisi olla lempeämpi valo vaikka 5W niin ei kävisi silmiin.
Niin ihana lempeä valaistus.
Ihanan lämmin valo keittiössä. En vain taida aamuisin jaksaa naksutella "oikeaa" sävyä päälle heräämiseen. Ei se mitään, kirkasvalolamppu saa sitten yrittää korjata puuttuvaa siinä pään lähellä aamupalalla.
Ihan loistava muuten mutta yövalo saisi olla todella paljon himmeämpi!🙏

Miellyttävä valo, uskon sen hyötyyn silmille ja teho riittää oleskeluun, ellei mitään tarkkaa työtä tee..
Hehkulamput ovat ylivertaisia terveellisyydessä, mutta niiden ainoa miinus on aamupuolella kaivattavan sinisen aallonpituuden vähäisyys. Siksi - ja lähinnä pimeää vuodenaikaa varten - hankin tällaisen polttimon. Hehkulamppuun tottuneelle "aamuvalo" on värilämpötilaltaan kelmeä. Sen lumenit riittävät vain pieneen huoneeseen tai kohdevalaisimeen. Kaksi muuta käyttötilaa ovat miellyttävämmät ja hyvät iltakäytössä. Minulle tämä ei ole lopullinen ratkaisu, mutta normi led-polttimoon nähden tällainen sirkadiaaninen erikoispolttimo on verrattomasti terveellisempi ja siksi yleisesti suositeltava.
Todella kätevä lamppu lapsen huoneeseen. Illalla voi olla vähän hiemmeämpänä niin rauhoittuu ja valmistautuu nukkumaan, sekä saa paremmat yöunet. Aamulla on virkeämpänä kun miettii vähän valaistusasioita.
Tosi hyvä lamppu! Meillä pelkästään yövaloasetus käytössä illalla. Valo on tosin aika voimakas ja himmeämpikin riittäisi.

Aivan ihana valo. Käytämme sitä keittiössä ruokapöydän/työpöydän lampussa. Iltaisin oranssi valo on lempeä ja pehmeä. Nyt jo olen huomannut,että rentouttaa silmiä eivätkä silmät pistele kuten ennen. Ostin myös keltavaloklipsit silmälaseihin ja nyt silmät eivät kutia tai kuivu samalla tavalla kuin ennen. Kirkkaat valot ovat rasite kun näihin tottuu. Tilaamme vielä olohuoneeseen myös tämän valon.

Päivänvalo-toiminto on ihan toimiva, mutta meidän makuun iltakäyttöön oranssi sävy on liian kirkas vaikka kuinka onkin sinivaloton. Odotukset olivat tällä kertaa korkeammat kuin toteuma.

Jos tila kaipaa vielä maltillisempaa ja pehmeämpää tunnelmavaloa, suosittelemme kokeilemaan epäsuoraa valoa (esim. varjostimen läpi tai suunnattuna seinään), jolloin sävy pehmenee kauniisti. What is blue light?
Blue light refers to light with a wavelength of approximately 400–500 nanometers. It is part of the visible light spectrum and a component of sunlight. Blue light is also present in artificial sources such as LED lights, digital devices, and display screens. Blue light has both benefits and drawbacks.
Benefits of natural blue light from the sun
- Alertness and wakefulness: Blue light can improve alertness and concentration. For example, it has been used in workplaces to increase productivity.
- Mood enhancement: Blue light has positive effects on mood improvement and alleviating seasonal affective disorder, especially during the winter months.
- Biological rhythm: Blue light affects the body's internal clock and can help regulate sleep patterns, especially during the day.
Disadvantages of artificial blue light:
1. Sleep difficulties
- Disruption of melatonin production: Blue light inhibits the production of melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep patterns. Exposure to blue light late in the evening or at night can make it difficult to fall asleep and reduce sleep quality. This can lead to insomnia and fatigue the following day.
- Disruption of the internal clock: Prolonged exposure to blue light can disrupt the body's internal clock, which can cause problems with sleep and wakefulness.
2. Eye damage
- Retinal damage: Blue light, particularly its shorter wavelengths (for example, from LED lights and display screens), can cause retinal damage. - Skin inflammation: Newer studies suggest that blue light can affect the skin and cause inflammatory reactions, which can lead to rashes or the worsening of acne.
Day or evening glasses?
If you want to take optimal care of your well-being and protect against blue light, we definitely recommend choosing both day and evening glasses.
For blue light protection purposes, an orange lens used during the day might be a bit too effective as a blue light blocker. Therefore, for daytime use, we recommend a yellow lens, which prevents 84% of all harmful blue light.
If, on the other hand, the most important reason for using blue light glasses is to improve sleep quality and optimize your circadian rhythm, then we recommend an orange lens for evening use. The orange lens blocks 97% of all harmful blue light and significantly helps the body achieve better and higher quality sleep.
If you only want to start with one pair of glasses and need blue light protection both during the day and in the evening, then we recommend choosing day glasses with yellow lenses. You can use the glasses from morning to evening, and as a shift worker, also during night shifts. Although the blue light protective effect of the yellow lens for evening use is not as effective as that of the orange lens, the high-quality 84% blue light protection of day glasses in the evening is still a significant aid towards better sleep.
For hobbies, as an accessory, while driving, for sunglasses, and in other activities, you can use yellow and orange lenses entirely according to your own preferences! Through both lenses, the world looks wonderfully bright and clear! And a small word of warning: you might get hooked on the view produced by these lenses and no longer feel like looking at grey landscapes!

I wear prescription glasses, how can I protect my eyes from the harmful effects of blue light?
If you wear prescription glasses, we recommend our clip-on lenses that can be easily attached over your glasses. All our clip-on lenses fit amazingly well over various models of glasses.

Yes, exactly! All frames made of TR-90 material are moldable. See the molding instructions in the attached video.

Ordering, delivery and payments
We always ship orders from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Posti usually takes 2-4 days for delivery. If your order is delayed, please contact us at info@northray.fi and we can check the status of your shipment together.

- If your order includes Ilmari glasses, reading lights, or navigation lights, your products will be delivered to the nearest Posti pickup point.
- Posti's delivery time is usually 1-4 business days. Delivery fee for all orders is €4.90.
- Do I automatically receive an order confirmation? Yes, it will be sent via email.
- What payment methods do you offer? Payment methods include online banking, credit cards, installment payment, Klarna, and PayPal, all securely processed through Paytrail.
Warranty
All our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your product breaks within this period without external cause, we will repair or replace it. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or care.
Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why you can try our products at your leisure for 30 days. If the products do not meet your expectations, we offer one free return or exchange.
Products to be returned or exchanged must be:
- Stain-free and clean, so they can be reused.

Refunds:
