• Retinal damage : Blue light, especially its shorter wavelengths (such as from LED lights and screens), can cause retinal damage. Long-term exposure can lead to the development of "blue light ischemia," which can increase the risk of eye diseases such as cataract surgery or macular degeneration.
• Digital eye strain : Prolonged use of screens can lead to digital eye strain, which is characterized by symptoms such as eye strain, dryness, redness, and discomfort. This can be caused by glare from blue light.

The orange lens blocks 97% of all harmful blue light and significantly helps the body for better and better quality sleep.

If you only want to go out with one pair of glasses and you need blue light protection both during the day and at night, then we recommend choosing day glasses with a yellow lens. You can wear glasses from morning to night and, as a shift worker, also during night shifts. Although the blue light protection effect of the yellow lens for evening use is not as effective as that of the orange lens, the high-quality 84% blue light protection of the day glasses in the evening is already a significant help towards better sleep.

Products to be returned or exchanged must be:

• Spotless and clean so they can be reused.

Please note that we reuse products returned from customers as display glasses at trade shows, retailers and corporate sales. For this reason, the products must be in good condition and clean. If the returned blue light glasses require cleaning, we will charge a cleaning fee of 14.90 euros .
